If we or you are not able to honour your activity booking due to government restrictions (eg. Lockdown), we can either reschedule or  the value of the booking can be redeemed against a future booking. 

Activity Conditions

  • Activities booked online are paid in full. Please keep a copy of your receipt of payment. Any cancellation must be done at least 2 weeks prior to the date of Activity booking. No refund will be issued within 2 weeks of activity. (please note: an administration processing fee will be charged for refunds). If  the activity / experience is cancelled by management (weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances), customers will be offered to reschedule the Activity / Experience or the value of the booking can be redeemed against a future booking.

  • Vouchers are not refundable and must be used before expiry date.

  • E-Bike Hire: please note a security deposit will be required (debit/credit card or car keys)

  • Provisional bookings may be made by telephone or e-mail but will only be reserved for a short period.

  • NO PETS/ DOGS are allowed in the centre.

 

Day Group Activity Booking

  1. Group Bookings will only be accepted and confirmed on receipt of a booking form and a deposit of 1/2 of total cost for Full day activities or total cost for half-day activities. This deposit is non-refundable.

  2. Payment of deposit and balance can be taken by credit card or Paypal in the office or over the phone. Full balance must be paid two weeks prior to activity date.

  3. Invoice: there is a charge of 3% for issuing invoices. All invoices must be agreed with Management at time of booking and must be settled within 30 days of date of invoice or a further 10% charge will be applied.

  4. Payment in respect of groups must be made in one payment by the leader / organiser.

  5. Group will be charged the total cost for the initial number of people booked ( & confirmed) unless notice has been given of a reduction in numbers 2 weeks prior to arrival. In which case only the deposit will be forfeited for drop-out members.

  6. Group Details: Any changes to details on the Booking form i.e. age range, etc.. must be notified and discussed with the Management of Corralea Activity Centre ltd prior to arrival.

  7. CANCELLATION : Cancellation of a confirmed booking less than 2 weeks before arrival will result in payment of total cost.

  8. DAMAGE : The cost of making good unwarranted damage to property or equipment is the liability of the individual, group leader or organisation as appropriate.

  9. BEHAVIOUR : In the event of a breach of Centre rules, unruly or anti-social behaviour likely to prejudice the safety or enjoyment of others, the Management may terminate the booking without right to refuse.

  10. Use of PHOTOGRAPHIC equipment: Must only be use for your own group. Photographs or images must not be taken of other children under 18.

  11. Alcohol / drugs: Participants who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to partake in activities. Group leaders must insure that no participants are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The Management of Corralea Activity Centre ltd refuses liability for such participants.

  12. INSURANCE : You are advised to carry full insurance & indemnity for all members of your party.

  13. No pets / dogs are allowed in the centre.

Gift Card Conditions

  • How does the gift card work? When the time arrives, the gift card recipient gets a notification by email, text message, or through WhatsApp - depending on what method the sender selected. The sender also has the option of printing out the gift card and delivering it offline. If the recipient gets notified by email, the message arrives with the subject line "Anne, you've received a gift card from Adam!" (with the relevant names). By clicking the Open Gift Card link, they can access the code.

  • Please note: Check your spam/junk folder of your email. If you do not receive your gift card within 24hrs, please contact us at info@corralea.com

  • How to redeem the card: The recipient heads over to our site and selects their preferred activity/experience. During checkout, they enter their unique gift card code.

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Gift card can only only be redeemed subject to availability

  • In case of extreme weather conditions, management may cancel the session. Customers will be offered to reschedule the Activity / Experience or the value of the booking can be redeemed against a future booking.

  • Gift card is not refundable and must be used before expiry date.
